Chuheng Chen is applying his interest in digital pathology and deep learning to projects including identification of origination of metastatic tumor risk stratification in colon adenocarcinoma patients, as well as phenotyping of Barrett's esophagus and its related lesions.
Chuheng previously worked on dynamic contrast-enhanced CEST MRI using a low molecular weight dextran (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34779550/).
He earned his undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a masters degree in biomedical engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
