Doctoral Student
Bolin Song is a graduate student focused on machine learning and deep learning, medical image analysis, and radiomics. He currently is working on a machine learning model to predict oropharyngeal cancer extra nodal extension (ENE) and a machine learning model to predict oropharyngeal cancer survival and lymph node metastesis, both using CT images. He also is involved in developing a multimodal fusion framework for head and neck cancer prognosis.
Bolin earned his undergraduate engineering degree from Northeastern University in Shenyang, China followed by an MS in biomedical engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He currently is a doctoral student in the Wallace H. Coulter Department of Biomedical Engineering at Georgia Tech and Emory.
