Musculoskeletal Research and Quantitative Imaging Lab

This multidisciplinary team collaborates with physicians and scientists on novel applications of magnetic resonance imaging and spectroscopy to address basic and translational research questions in the musculoskeletal system

Translational Lab for Cardiothoracic Imaging and AI

This lab develops, evaluates, and implements novel cardiothoracic imaging techniques, analysis methods such as radiomics, and artificial intelligence applications. The goal: improving the accuracy of imaging and imaging interpretation and optimizing radiological workflow, all to benefit patient care.

The Madabhushi AI Lab

The Madabhushi Lab is developing, evaluating, and applying novel quantitative imaging analysis, computer vision, signal processing, segmentation, multi-modal co-registration tools, pattern recognition, and machine learning tools for disease diagnosis, prognosis, and theragnostics.
