Community Means: Fostering Safety
We remain deeply concerned about the escalating violence and aggression as well as the ongoing bias and discrimination against people of color, women, LGBTQIA people, people with disabilities, and other people vulnerable to marginalization.
Our commitment to fighting systemic racism, to promoting social justice, and to fostering an inclusive community where all people thrive remains unwavering. Collective and individual safety and well-being are pillars of a healthy community. This page provides a range of resources at Emory and in the larger community that promote personal safety and well-being. This is not an exhaustive list, but rather a starting point for personal care and collective action.
