We firmly believe health professionals (including clinical and administrative staff) must maintain their well-being in order to be effective caregivers. Emory Radiology's collaborative, collegial culture and emphasis on diversity, equity and inclusion provide the foundation for personal and collective well-being. We additionally provide the tools and resources essential for wellness.
The Emory Radiology Wellness Committee works to nurture a culture of wellness across the department. The committee partners with the Emory Radiology Equity and Inclusion Committee as well as the Emory University School of Medicine (SOM), Emory Healthcare, the Emory University Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP), Healthy Emory, and other units to leverage existing resources and ongoing wellness activities to address the physical and psychosocial well-being of Emory Radiology's people.
