A physician scientist, Mohammad K Khan, MD, PhD, leads clinical, translational, and basic science research. Dr. Khan serves as co-Leader of the Winship Cancer Institute's Immuno-Oncology Program.

His research is advancing our understanding of how radiation can enhance a patient's own immune system to fight cancer in combination with emerging immunotherapy agents.
