Software

A series of "lite" software packages with application to various aspects of the DIR evaluation process, including manual landmark registration and statistical analysis of measured errors.

We are working to provide additional reference datasets and software utilities. Please check back for updates as additional content becomes available. A series of DIR packages will soon be available with performance characteristics reported in the Results section.

To access the currently available software for free below, investigators are encouraged to complete our request form. Once completed, a password to access the ZIP file(s) in Dropbox will be provided.

MATLAB Utility Pack 1 - v1.0

This software package includes basic utility functions for manipulating 3D raw image volumes in MATLAB. The included functions require the MATLAB Image Processing Toolbox, and should be added to the MATLAB path prior to use. >>Summary document

MATLAB Utility Pack 2 - v1.0

This software package includes an interface application for visualizing the spatial distribution of three-dimensional displacement vectors, overlain the corresponding anatomic target in MATLAB.
