Esiashvili, associate professor and Chief Quality Officer in the Department of Radiation Oncology, specializes in complex pediatric cancers and hematological malignancies in adults. Lin, an assistant professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology, is an ABR board certified medical physicist who specializes in pencil beam scanning proton therapy systems. Lin has been instrumental in overseeing the commissioning of the Emory Proton Therapy Center and training the medical physicists and physicians.
Jani, a professor with joint appointments in the Departments of Radiation Oncology, specializes in the treatment of genitourinary malignancies including cancer of the prostate, bladder, kidney, testes, and urethra. Jani has served as residency director of the Department of Radiation Oncology. He dedicates his time to mentoring junior faculty in the radiation oncology department by helping them develop research concepts and prepare grant applications.
