The Emory Department of Radiation Oncology welcomed Aaron Brammer, the new clinical administrator for radiation oncology on October 21.
Brammer has spent more than 17 years in radiation oncology administration. He joins Emory from Intermountain Healthcare in Salt Lake City, Utah where he worked as Director of Radiation Oncology. His role included managing operations for the company's flagship site and two satellite sites. Prior to his director role, Brammer spent 13 years as the Manager of Radiation Oncology at Intermountain Healthcare.
"Winship Cancer Institute and the Emory Department of Radiation Oncology have a strong record of excellence in patient care. I am excited to join a team that is paving the way for innovative clinical care and research in radiation oncology," says Brammer.
Brammer received his Master's in Business Administration from the University of Colorado in Denver. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Society of Radiation Oncology Administration (SROA).
