Overview
By providing the highest quality of care for our patients while developing novel approaches to improve patient outcomes, we strive to be at the forefront of the ever-evolving medical physics landscape in clinical care, education, and research.
The Division of Medical Physics is a dynamic clinical, education and research focused group within the Department of Radiation Oncology at Winship Cancer Institute. In addition to providing multifaceted care to the patients we serve, we teach comprehensive medical physics courses for MD residents, medical physics residents, graduate students, dosimetry and therapy students.
