Project ARROW
Project ARROW is a coordinated specialty care program that helps people with a first episode of psychosis accomplish their goals using a team approach. The program works with individuals ages 18 to 30, who have experienced psychosis within the past two years. Eligible diagnoses include schizophrenia, schizophreniform disorder, schizoaffective disorder, brief psychotic disorder, psychotic disorder not otherwise specified, bipolar disorder with psychotic features and major depressive disorder with psychotic features.
Admission Criteria:
- The client is 18-30 years old.
- The primary diagnosis is defined by psychosis.
- The client experienced an onset of psychotic symptoms within the past 24 months.
- The client resides in Fulton or Dekalb county.
Youth and Family TREE
Youth and Family TREE is a comprehensive, specialized clinic for young adults between the ages of 14 to 25, experiencing substance use disorder and other mental health conditions.
Admission Criteria:
- The client is 14-25 years old.
- The primary diagnosis is defined as substance use disorder.
- The client resides in Fulton or Dekalb county.
