Non-Neuropsychology Position Applicants
ALL applicants for the non-neuropsychology positions must submit their applications online through APPA CAS by Monday December 2, 2024.
The following materials must be uploaded:
- Current curriculum vitae
- Three letters of reference (at least one for the doctoral program and one from the internship training site)
- Official graduate transcripts
- Letter detailing interest and relevant experience
- Form specifying which position(s) the candidate is applying for and the rank ordering of the positions (RANK ORDER LIST)
- Work sample (e.g., representative publications, redacted reports)

Neuropsychology Position Applicants
Pediatric neuropsychology. For the pediatric neuropsychology position, please send questions to David J. We will review applications beginning on a rolling basis as they are submitted, with a final deadline of December 2, 2024. Rank order lists are due on the date determined by the APPCN schedule (February 12, 2025) and applicants will be notified on the APPCN Match Day (February 19, 2025).
Adult neuropsychology. Interview
After application materials are reviewed, applicants will be invited for an interview. For the 2025-26 training year, all interviews will be conducted virtually, based on recommendations from APPIC and APPCN. Applicants who have special needs that might require an accommodation during the interview are encouraged to share this information with the Postdoctoral Residency Training Director. The program is committed to providing access for all people with disabilities and will provide reasonable accommodations if notified within one week prior to the scheduled interview.
Notification
For the non-neuropsychology positions, we will notify applicants as soon as we know their status. In addition, the residency will observe the 2024-25 Postdoctoral Selection Standards set forth by APPIC. We will therefore make offers on a rolling basis and honor the Common Hold Date.
For the neuropsychology positions, the match and notification dates of the Association of Postdoctoral Programs in Clinical Neuropsychology (APPCN) are observed.
Note: Availability of positions may vary by year. Current available positions are noted on rank order sheet. Applicants to the Pediatric and Adult Neuropsychology Residency positions must participate in the APPCN national matching system.
