Emory Autism Center’s myLIFE Program supports adults who identify with an autism spectrum profile. Our therapeutic social engagement groups and additional small-group and 1:1 activities create opportunities for personal growth as group members engage in meaningful communication, social interaction, and many wellness activities alongside volunteer peer mentors.
myLIFE is a leader in building supportive, neurodiverse communities across the Emory University campus and surrounding neighborhoods.
Campus Setting
In Person
An apartment on Emory University’s Clairmont Campus provides a casual space where members can relax, cook together and share leisure time including making meals, playing games and watching movies together.
We create activities around the Emory campus including our community garden; and throughout downtown Decatur and the Atlanta area.
Collaboration projects with community professionals expose myLIFE members to skill-based training sessions across a variety of personal development areas, while supporting independent living skills.
Online
myLIFE uses the Zoom platform for online activities/groups as needed.
