Dayna Holbel sworn in for the Georgia Council of Developmental Disabilities
On September 17, Dayna Holbel was one of eight new council members to be sworn in from the Georgia Council for Developmental Disabilities. As an Educational Consultant and Transition Specialist with the Emory Autism Center, Dayna is deeply committed to supporting the mission of the EAC and advocating for the inclusion and self-determination of autistic Georgians.
"I was excited to attend the swearing-in ceremony with Governor Kemp with Dr. South at my side," says Holbel. "As an Educational Consultant and Transition Specialist with the Emory Autism Center, I am thrilled to bring my experience and passion to the Georgia Council for Developmental Disabilities. I am deeply committed to supporting the mission of EAC and advocating for the inclusion and self-determination of autistic Georgians. This opportunity allows me to contribute meaningfully to our community, and I am eager to work alongside my fellow council members to make a positive impact."
