These wellness guides are offered with the aim of helping people cope with the COVID-19 pandemic during this unsettling time. Their contents reflect the consensus ideas and recommendations of our interprofessional group of mental health professionals. In each wellness guide, we share tips you may consider trying to help you and your family cope better. Additionally, within each wellness guide, we offer resources you may find useful. We are continuing to develop and update our wellness guides to reflect the latest progress in the COVID-19 response and relevant scientific evidence. Some of these wellness guides have been translated into Spanish as well.
