Yuan Lab

The Yuan Lab is focused on genetic variation in human glutamate receptor (NMDAR and AMPAR) genes (GRIN and GRIA) associated with neurological and neuropsychiatric disorders. We are utilizing a multidisciplinary approach that combines clinical experience, training in electrophysiology and biology, as well as understanding of neurophysiology to translate basic research involving human glutamate receptor variants toward therapeutic use.
