- We are interested in harnessing cutting-edge biosensor platforms to develop next-generation PPI detection technologies with enhanced sensitivity, specificity, scalability and biological relevance.
- By leveraging these PPI detection technologies, we are devoted to systematically map the protein-protein interaction networks in disease-relevant conditions, such as cancer. The cancer associated PPI network will help to translate vast unannotated cancer genomic data into potential oncogenic PPIs as biomarkers and targets for biological discoveries.
- Biologically validated oncogenic PPIs will provide actionable targets for high-throughput discovery of PPI modulator, including both PPI inhibitor and inducer (i.e. molecular glue), for anti-cancer drug development.
