Candidates must have:
- A MD degree or DO degree or equivalent.
- Successfully completed or be expected to successfully complete an ACGME-accredited residency program located in the United States in any primary medical specialty.
- A current curriculum vitae that reflects the candidate’s educational and work experience with a focus on his/her experience, interest and potential in the field of clinical informatics.
- A brief personal statement (no more than 500 words) about why the candidate seeks fellowship training in Clinical Informatics through the Emory Clinical Informatics Fellowship.
- Three letters of reference from faculty at existing program or employment.
