Pathway Program
Emory University Department of Otolaryngology pathway program was established to provide support to underrepresented in medicine (URiM) medical students with a specific interest in Otolaryngology. Recognizing the importance of diversity in our field, our initiative is to enhance URiM representation in Otolaryngology. The goal of our program is to: provide exposure, mentorship, and resources to help (URiM) medical students interested in applying to ENT. This is an annual full day program which consists of: an “Intro to ENT” lecture session, networking lunch with faculty and residents, and an afternoon hands-on skills session.
