The PEAC programs activities occur in 5000 sq.ft. of 3D motion analysis data collection volume designed in a modular fashion such that motion laboratory spaces can be combined into one large data collection space (making the center the one of the largest free-ambulatory sport VR facilities in the world), or separated into two identical smaller volumes. The program utilizes a total of 108-3D motion analysis cameras (markered and markerless motion capture), 13 force platforms and embedded high-performance instrumented treadmill. PEAC laboratories integrate technologies within SPARC to evaluate and quantify human performance to inform the training strategies to optimize injury risk reduction, rehabilitation and sport performance outcomes.
