The Emory University Adult Reconstruction Surgery Rotation includes specialized orthopaedic surgery experience featuring advanced training in all aspects of both uncomplicated and complex problems of the hip and knee. Experience in minimally invasive and alternative approaches to the hip and knee (e.g. direct anterior approach for total hip arthroplasty), unicondylar knee replacement, arthroscopic surgery of the hip, hip resurfacing, management of femoroacetabular impingement, revision hip and knee replacement, navigation and other state-of-the-art techniques will be included.
