Fellows will alternate through the following rotations on 1 month-long blocks for the first 6 months:
- Program Director: Emory Upper Extremity Center
- Elective hand/wrist surgery, peripheral nerve, and microsurgery: Emory Upper Extremity Center
- Shoulder, elbow, wrist, thumb arthroscopy and reconstruction: Emory Upper Extremity Center
- Trauma, brachial plexus and microsurgery: Grady Trauma Center
- Private Practice: Georgia Hand, Shoulder and Elbow Center
- Congenital hand and brachial plexus: CHOA and Shepherd Center
Fellows will alternate through the following rotations on 1 month-long blocks for the second 6 months:

- International rotation (1 month rotation)
