
Dr. LaToya Rolle is an Assistant Director of the Office of Multicultural Affairs, Learner Diversity Programs for the Health Professions programs at Emory School of Medicine. With over 15 years of higher education experience, Dr. Rolle's background lends expertise in designing, implementing, assessing, and evaluating student, educational, and organizational programs—particularly those addressing access, retention, and leadership development.
Within the Office of Multicultural Affairs, Dr. Rolle is responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of support services for learners, particularly within the five Health Professions programs (Physician Assistant, Physical Therapy, Anesthesiologist Assistant, Medical Imaging, and Genetic Counseling).
In addition, Dr. Rolle serves as the Program Manager for the Health Professions Readiness Education Program (HealthPREP). Dr. Rolle's other duties include assisting with recruiting and retaining individuals traditionally underrepresented in medicine (URiM) and working as an Advisor to the EUSOM's Alliance of Health Professions.
Dr. Rolle earned her Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration, her Master's in Education and Allied Professions, and her Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Dr. Rolle is an advocate for student success, and as a transformational leader, she is eager to empower those around her.
