Josseirys Valentin Rivera, or Jo, is a clinical research coordinator for B.I.G. Lab. With a BS in biological sciences from Georgia State University, Jo applies knowledge of biology, genetics, chemistry and physics to his work in the lab.
Jo is specifically involved in the BReaTHE study and will be involved in the IP2 study. As clinical research coordinator, Jo handles participant recruitment and management, data collection and data analysis.
Jo's professional interests center on neuroplasticity and neurophysiology.
Jo hails from Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. An animal lover, Jo enjoys time with his dog, named Poseidon, when not at work.
