With support from the National Institutes of Health, the Lin Lab works to accelerate SIEMAC (Simultaneous Intensity Energy Modulation and Compensation) using graphics processing units for community use, and applies deep learning and Monte Carlo methods to validate particle therapy microdosimetry.
