Saad grew up in Florida and earned dual undergraduate degrees in biology and english from the University of Florida before attending Nova Southeastern University Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Allopathic Medicine. During medical school, he held leadership roles in student organizations, served as a peer-assisted learning tutor and worked as an admissions ambassador, where he mentored prospective students and supported the admissions process. He has received multiple awards in research and public speaking, reflecting his strengths in communication and advocacy. His interests include the intersection of medicine and the arts, as well as stand-up comedy and cycling.

- Future Plans: I would love to continue working in an academic setting and teach medical students and residents in the future. Teaching and advocacy are two passions of mine so I hope I can get others excited about psychiatry and broader policy work.

- Hobbies: I am a big fan of cycling and trying to get more miles on the Beltline! I also enjoy reading, playing ping pong, collecting vinyl records and CDs and hiking!
