2022 Clinical Distinctions Honorees

​This tiered recognition program bestows honor on Department of Medicine clinical faculty for their outstanding patient-centered contribution.

Eminent Physicians provide exemplary clinical reputation, leadership in practice optimization, and often hold significant leadership positions in administration, teaching, and service. They have been DOM faculty for at least 12 years. This tier is intended to represent less than 10 percent of all faculty.

Distinguished Physicians provide outstanding clinical care, are current on new techniques, have expanded participation in citizenship and administration, and have been Emory DOM faculty for at least eight years.

Senior Physicians provide excellent clinical care, are current on new techniques, participate in citizenship and administrative activities, and have been Emory DOM faculty for at least four years.
