Application Process

Applications are accepted through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service). Required materials include:

ERAS application
Personal statement
Three letters of recommendation, including one from residency program director
Medical school transcript
USMLE/COMLEX scores
CREOG Scores, to be emailed to M. Ashby Stone, Ed.D.

Thursday, May 1, 2026 (1 PM EST): Deadline for fellowship programs to receive fellowship applications.

Meet Our Fellows

Daniela Diego, MD (she/her/hers), PGY-7

Dr. Diego is from Miami, Florida. She received her B.A. in dance from Washington University in St. Louis prior to moving back home to attend medical school at the University of Miami. She completed her OB/GYN residency at Emory University and was thrilled to match at Emory for the REI fellowship. In her free time, she loves to bake, explore new restaurants, and spend time with her husband and two cats (Ellie and Mila).

Anisha Chada, MD (she/her/hers), PGY-6

Dr. Chada is from Minneapolis, Minnesota. She received her B.A from St. Olaf College and MD from Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine. After completing her residency in OB/GYN at Emory, she was so excited to start her REI fellowship at the Emory! Her research interests include fertility treatment in medically complex patients and disparities in access to fertility care. Outside the hospital, she loves to read, travel, and hang out with her husband and dog (Luna).

Zak Anderson, MD, PGY-5

Zak Anderson, MD, is from Edmond, Oklahoma. He attended medical school at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and completed his OBGYN residency at the University of Southern California - Los Angeles General Medical Center. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports, golfing, and spending time with his wife, Brooke, and their dog, Zola.
