Why Emory EM?

I chose Emory Medicine because I wanted the privilege to train at an institution that would allow me to care for not only a diverse population but also a population that is largely vulnerable to many health disparities. For many of our patients, Emory Medicine and Grady Hospital is the sole defense against health and illness. This is a responsibility I relish.

As Emory Medicine also has the resources, mentorship, and opportunities for professional development, I know that I will be given the ultimate support to pursue my interests in diversity and inclusion as well as medical education.

Interests Within EM

  • Diversity and Inclusion
  • Medical Education

5-Year Plan

I hope to have completed a fellowship in Medical Education with plans to begin a career in Academic Medicine.
