National Physician Suicide Awareness Day

Events + Resources

September 17, 2023, is National Physician Suicide Awareness Day. All of us are affected, either directly or indirectly, when we lose a colleague, friend, or family member to suicide. The Woodruff Health Sciences Center Office of Well-Being (EmWELL), the Faculty Staff Assistance Program (FSAP), the School of Medicine Wellness Working Group (WWG), and the Office of Graduate Medical Education stand together to support you, our Emory physicians, individually, while concurrently working to address systems factors that add burden to the compassionate care you provide.

Below you will find details about upcoming events addressing this important topic and resources provided by our institution.
