Day Program

Registration for the Day Program is available on a first come, first served basis until filled. Materials must be accompanied by a $100 deposit. The following supplemental items MUST be submitted AFTER registering online.

Supplemental Registration Materials (MUST BE MAILED TO OFFICE IN ONE PACKAGE)

• $100 Deposit
• Copy of Health Insurance Card or Waiver
• Signed parental and student consent form
• Photo Consent Release Form

Residential Program

All completed applications are due no later than March 15, 2013. The following supplemental items MUST be submitted AFTER registering online.

Supplemental Application Materials (MUST BE MAILED TO OFFICE IN ONE PACKAGE)

• $25 non-refundable application fee
• Student Essay
• Letter of recommendation from teacher or guidance counselor
• Signed parental and student consent form
• Official high school transcript(s) in sealed envelope (rising 10^th- 12^th grades students only)
• Copy of health insurance card or waiver
• Photo Consent Release Form

Only completed applications (including all supplemental materials) will be reviewed and considered for admission.
