Reserving Rooms

If your position requires you to make room reservations, you must be aware of the policies for each building. 

Here you will find the policy for the School of Medicine Building and screen shots of how to use the R25 reservation system.

Things to consider when reserving rooms:

  • Nature of function/meeting - does it call for a formal conference room, a classroom, an auditorium, etc.

  • Size of group

  • Location - what is most convenient for most of the participants

  • AV requirements - what is needed, does the room have 'built-in' av or do you need to request/rent equipment

  • Food - depending on the building you may be restricted to Emory Catering
