Biostatistical Support for Biomedical Research
Biomedical research projects require accurate and efficient study designs, a sound data management protocol, a detailed data analysis plan, careful statistical analysis, and thoughtful interpretation of results. Biostatistical input is required at planning, proposal, implementation, and publication phases and helps improve proposals and manuscripts submitted for publication. The faculty and staff of the Department of Biostatistics and Bioinformatics in the Rollins School of Public Health can provide biostatistical support for your research project under several different mechanisms. These include:
Contact Dr. Lance Waller, Chair, Department of Biostatistics and Bioinformatics, Rollins School of Public Health for further information on these or other mechanisms, to determine the best options for your project, and for referrals to available statistical collaborators (lwaller@emory.edu, 404-727-1057).
The Core Facilities at Emory are here to support your research. In order to ensure that the appropriate recognition is attributed to the facilities, please acknowledge the facilities on all publications.
