Acknowledgments
The
2009 Postdoctoral Research Symposium would not have been possible without the
participation and support of postdoctoral fellows, mentors of Postdocs, and Office of Postdoctoral Education (OPE)
staff. It definitely would not be possible
except for the excellent efforts of the OPE administrator, Lisa Flowers who
worked tirelessly on many organizational issues for the Symposium and
publication of the abstracts. The OPE
IT administrator, Teen Tan, was invaluable in supplying needed tables and
information on Postdocs. Dr. Keith Wilkinson and the OPE Advisory
Faculty Committee offered expert advice and many faculty generously
participated in the Poster judging.
To
all these many supporters of Postdoctoral Fellows and especially this Symposium
we are most grateful and look forward to working with everyone again next year.
