Emory PA Represented at 2015 PAEA meeting

The Emory PA Program was well represented at the  Physician Assistant Education Association (PAEA) 2015 Education Forum in Arlington, VA. Second year PA student Jace Crawford attended special sessions as  one of 25 PAEA Future PA Educator Fellowship recipients from across the nation. Marquitha Mayfield PA-C and LeAnne Martinelli PA-C presented on the Have-A- Disease workshop format. Dr. Maha Lund, PA-C and Allan Platt, PA-C presented on how to teach professionalism to PA students without preaching policies by employing active learning modalities. The meeting was also attended by faculty Karen Newell, PA-C and Associate Director of Admissions Kaye Johnson.
