Annual 5k Fun Run

Emory’s  First year PA Class sponsors a Fun Run every Spring to raise funds for  non-profit partners that provide compassionate healthcare to those who otherwise would not have access:

All working to significantly improve access to good health in Georgia and the United States

The 2017 Heel to Heal 5K on Saturday April 22 Emory Clairmont Campus SAAC Field --- 1946 Starvine Way, Decatur, GA 30030. Free parking in the Stavine Deck. The goal of this run is to help financially support three non-profit organizations that our class is directly involved with.

On April 21st you can pick up your goodie bag at the Big Peach Running Co. in Decatur and also get a 15% discount at the store when you pick it up!
On April 22nd:
8:30-9:30 AM - Pick up your goodie bag and race bib if you haven't already. Bring your ID to check in!
9:30-10:00 AM - Energizer warm-up
10:00 AM - Ready, set, go!
After you race, stay for food, fun, raffles and prizes! 
​11:00 AM - Awards ceremony (Top 3 males and females and Best costume) followed by the raffle drawing

As a class, we are requesting donations so that these local programs can continue to provide the crucial services to a portion of our community that is in dire need.  Donations of any amount are welcome!  Please note that 100% of the proceeds will go to these organizations. Every year, each class has been able to greatly support various community non-profit organizations through the help of sponsors. Together, we can work to improve the quality of life for many people!
