PLEASE NOTE: Grady health systems’ standard for a request for voice and data services is to install 1-4 position jacks (2 voice, 2 data)

For VOICE only: 1-2 position jacks will be installed

The data information has been included within these instructions in the event there is a need for telephones and networking capabilities. In this way, the necessary cabling can be done simultaneously.

If there is more than one telephone requested, the position of the desk/table will be considered in determining where the jack would be best positioned.
