This program develops managerial and technical expertise, as well as interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills necessary to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing health care landscape.

Executive Leadership in American Medicine (ELAM)

ELAM is one of the premier programs in the country designed to promote the advancement of women in academic medicine. Consisting of three one-week, offsite segments coupled with a project of the candidate's choice, this course is open to women at the level of Associate Professor and higher on a competitive basis.

Harvard Program for Chiefs of Clinical Services

The Program for Chiefs of Clinical Services brings together chiefs of major clinical departments in teaching hospitals and health systems and an experienced interdisciplinary faculty for two weeks of intensive and systematic study of some of the critical leadership and management issues facing chiefs, their departments, and teaching hospitals.

Harvard Leadership Development for Physicians in Academic Health Centers
