Sending Forms Via Secure Email
The following forms may be downloaded and submitted to Sherry Stewart via secure email or hand delivery only.
To send a secure email using your email address, please follow the directions below:
1 - Download the 3 documents below and fill out the areas highlighted in yellow*:
* - Please note, do not fill out documents in your web browser. Please download the documents, fill out areas highlighted in yellow, and save changes using either Adobe Reader for PCs or Preview in Mac.
2 - Once the documents are complete and ready to be sent, please create a free account at sendinc.com/signup by entering your current email address, creating a password, and clicking "Create Your Free Account".
3 - Log in to your current email account (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) and click on the "Activate" button in the activation email sent from sendinc. You will be directed to log back in to sendinc.
4 - Once logged in to sendinc, a new secure email window will open. Enter firstname.lastname@example.org in the "To:" column (this will direct the secure email to Sherry Stewart).
5 - Click "Attach Files" and upload all the documents you wish to send.
6 - If you would like to have a copy of the email sent to you, please leave the check next to "Copy Me" in the secure email window checked. If you do not want a copy sent to you, please uncheck it.
7 - Once you're ready to send the email, click "Send Secure". The encrypted email has been sent and you may now log out of sendinc by clicking "Log Out".
