American Urological Association 2018 Meeting

In May, the annual American Urological Association meeting was held in San Francisco, California. Emory Urology had a great showing with a total of 16 poster presentations, nine podium presentations, and 10 faculty courses, moderated sessions, and plenary sessions. One of the highlights of the meeting was resident Dr. Jeffrey Pearl’s participation in the residents’ debate in which he represented Emory Urology extremely well. Emory Urology also held an alumni event, while in San Francisco, that was well attended. Our department generates some of the most highly sought-after urologists in the nation, and it was an honor to fellowship and celebrate the accomplishments of Emory Urology at the event.

2018 Thank You

2018 has been a wonderful year full of notable events and accomplishments. We continue to enjoy a strong affiliation with Emory’s Winship Cancer Institute and see great value in the collaborative research and clinical opportunities this partnership generates. None of the work we have done, and vow to continue to do, would we possible without the generous support of our donors. We are sincerely grateful for your continued confidence in the lifesaving work that we do.

On behalf of our faculty, staff, students, and patients, we hope you have a happy and healthy new year. Again, thank you for your continued support!
