Upon written request to the University registrar, students may receive a copy of their academic transcript or have official transcripts mailed, provided the students' records show no financial indebtedness to the University. Fees for transcripts are as follows: unofficial transcript, $4; official transcript mailed directly from the registrar's office to another school, business, or agency, $3; official transcript issued to the student, $8.
Official transcripts bearing the University seal and validating signatures are not issued to students but are mailed as directed to agencies or institutions as confidential information. All transcripts include the entire academic record. No partial or incomplete statements of record will be issued as transcripts.
For prompt receipt of transcripts, students should make requests within a reasonable time before needed. Delay in issuing transcripts may occur immediately before or after a semester break.
