Associate Director, Information Technology
I joined the Emory School of Medicine in July 2011 as the Associate Director of SOM-ITS. The management team focuses on providing excellent technical solutions and support for desktop computers, laptops, educational technologies, audio/visual and application support for the School of Medicine. My focus is to ensure that the delivery, planning and implementation of information technology meet the needs of our faculty, staff and students.
With over 27 years of work experience in information technology in PCs, networks, system support and project/program management, I’ve worked in a diverse spectrum of industries including medical technology, telecommunications and oil energy. I have a B.S. in Nuclear Medicine Technology from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse, an M.B.A. from Kennesaw State University and am a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT), Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITILv3 Foundations certified. I enjoy Irish history, trivia, travel, volunteering and music.
