Client Services IT Manager
I’ve been with the Emory School of Medicine since March, 2001 and am the Client Services IT Manager with SOM-ITS. Having worked as a Desktop Consultant with SOM-ITS for over 7 years, I’ve been able to use my IT experience to effect positive change and improvements to the consulting and support my team provides.
Our focus is to provide a high level of customer service to our faculty, staff and students. My goal for our department is to deliver a seamless, first-call IT service that brings the most value to our clients and makes the most efficient use of the School of Medicine’s information technology.
I have over 13 years of experience working in higher education with desktop and network support. I obtained my B.S. in Computer and Network Support from the New York City Technical College and am ITILv3 Foundations certified. I enjoy camping, movies, games and motorcycle rides.
