Office of Information Technology Services

The mission of the School of Medicine Information Technology Services (SOMITS) is to “support and advance the application of information technology for the School of Medicine, its Dean’s Office and its core mission areas of administration, education, and research”.

Our goal is to provide a unified support response for information technology needs for the Dean’s Office and departments under contract within the School of Medicine. We support SOM personnel at the Clifton and Grady campus locations as well as additional sites through our contracts.

In addition, we design and deploy applications, including custom built or purchased, to support program-specific or school-wide needs.

Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
