Kathryn Carrico

Kathryn A. Carrico came to Emory to become Senior Associate Vice President for Development in the Woodruff Health Sciences Center in 2009. Before that, she served as Executive Director of Individual Giving at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago. She began her career in health sciences development in 1997 at Chicago’s Children’s Memorial Hospital Foundation, where she became Director of Major Gifts before leaving Children’s to spend a year as Chief Development Officer at PAWS (Pets are Worth Saving) Chicago. Carrico grew up in St. Louis, MO and has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from University of Missouri-Columbia.
