I am generally interested in the pharmaco-, evolutionary and population dynamics of infectious diseases. I focus on combination antibacterial therapy, and utilize mathematical modeling and in vitro studies with a number organisms (M. marinum, E. coli, S. aureus) to assess the effects of different treatment regimens on pathogen clearance and the evolution of multi-drug resistance during therapy.
