The Committee on the Status of Women (CSW) in the School of Medicine, a standing advisory committee appointed by the Dean, provides a forum to help address issues of concern to women medical school students, graduate students, housestaff and fellows, postdoctoral fellows, and faculty in the basic science and clinical departments. The CSW advises the Dean about issues of concern to women, and makes recommendations for their resolution.
